The Library Board Personnel and Policy Committee is meeting 11/08/2022 at 10:30AM
They will be conducting the Library Director’s End of Year 2022 Performance Review and may enter closed session to do that.
Listed as an action item is the non-union employee compensation study and associated admin employee policy and seasonal worker policy. [This was already voted on and approved by the Human Resources and Information Technology Committee and the Common Council, so I’m not sure what the Library Board needs to do about it.]
The committee will also be voting on an updated Naming Opportunities Policy and an updated Financial Policy. The changes to the Naming Opportunities Policy seem to mostly consist of replacing the term “naming rights” with “naming opportunities” and inserting the name of the Library Project fundraising campaign which appears to be “Building Beyond Words Capital Campaign.”
