The 2024 Outagamie Waupaca Counties Library System (OWLS) Resource Library Agreement and the 2024 OWLS Service Agreement.
A request to award the library’s “Appleton Public Library Furniture” contracts to a number of different companies for a total of $2.5 million. These contracts cover the cost of furniture, shelving products, and installation.
A request to award the library’s Audio and Visual equipment contract to Smart Spaces for $752,294.25. This contract will cover the cost of audio and visual equipment and installation.
A request to award the library’s commissioning contract to E Cube for $82,000. Per the memo, “Commissioning services are performed during and post construction to ensure the various systems including fire protection, fire alarm, plumbing, central building automation, mechanical, lighting controls and the building enclosure to ensure the systems are installed and perform to design.”
They will also be receiving a building project update, a hiring update, and a Summer Library Program update, as well as undergoing trustee development training.
