The Finance Committee is meeting 05/06/2024 at 5:30PM.
They will be taking up Resolution 5-R-24 which, if passed as written, would increase the wheel tax by $10 in response to inflation and increased costs of construction and labor.
The committee will also be voting on a resolution that would allow the city to accept $611,302 in funds for the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program.
They will also be voting on a request to approve the sole source purchase of a $1.1 million pumper engine for the Fire Department.
