The Utilities Committee is meeting 12/12/2023 at 4:30PM.
There are two action items on the agenda both of which are requests to award 2024 stormwater consulting services contracts, one to Brown and Caldwell for $50,000 and one to raSmith for $50,000.
As an information item, the committee will be reviewing the 2024 Joint Chemical Consortium quotation awards. Appleton, Neenah, and Menasha joined together to jointly request quotes for the wastewater treatment chemicals they use in an effort to achieve more competitive quotes.
Finally, the committee will be receiving the October 2023 Water Main Break/Joint Leak Report. At 64 as of the end of October, water main breaks this year are down markedly as compared to last year which stood at 92.
