City Plan Commission Meeting 10/11/2023 – Will Vote On Rezoning Request For St Therese Property, Change Will Facilitate Multi-Family/Mixed-Use Redevelopment

The City Plan Commission is meeting 10/11/2023 at 3:30PM.

They have two public hearings related to two action items on the agenda. Those action items are an amendment to the city’s Future Land Use Map to facilitate the rezoning of the St. Therese Church property at 213 E Wisconsin Avenue from Public Institutional to a C-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use District. Per the staff memo, this change would “accommodate potential redevelopment of a portion of the site for multi-family/mixed-use.”
