The Appleton Redevelopment Authority is meeting 06/14/2023 at 9AM.
They will be taking up two action items related to the Fox Commons redevelopment project of City Center. One is to release the historic Development Agreement for City Center and the other is to release the 1983 plan for the site.
This looks like it is legal housekeeping that is just closing the old development agreement and necessary in order for the new development agreement and project to go forward. Per the memo, “The original development of the mall site was a partnership between the City of Appleton, ARA, and the original developer in the mid-1980s. That project was completed, and to the best of our knowledge, all legal obligations for the original development agreement and plans fulfilled.”
