City Plan Commission Meeting 04/10/2024 – Will Review Housing Development Policy Guide Created By Mayor’s Housing Taskforce

The City Plan Commission is meeting 04/10/2024 at 3:30PM. They have two action items on the agenda.

The first is a request to approve an amendment to OB Brau Haus’ Special Use Permit to allow it to have a sidewalk café with alcohol sales and service in front of the building. City staff is recommending approval.

The commission will also be voting on a request to approve the preliminary plan for Lumbini Estates.

Finally, as an information item, the commission will be reviewing the Housing Development Policy Guide put together by the Mayor’s housing taskforce.
