The Fox Cities Transit Commission is meeting 03/26/2024 at 2:50PM.
They have three action items on the agenda.
The first is the routine approval of payments for the previous month.
The second is a request to authorize a change order for the purchase of furniture for the Whitman Avenue Facility. Back in September of 2023, the Transit Commission approved the purchase of $259,187 worth of furniture for the Whitman Avenue transit facility. The Transit Commission is now being asked to approve the purchase of an additional $45,652 worth of furniture not included in the original purchase order which will go toward the purchase and installation of furniture in the section of the project designated for Valley Transit’s Mobility Manager, Travel Trainer, and demand response ADA dispatch.
They will also be voting on a question to award a five-year contract with three one-year extension options to Ecolane USA to provide Paratransit Scheduling and Dispatch Software. The yearly annual service fee cost will remain flat at $27,520 for each of the 8 years of the contract.
The committee will also be receiving the monthly financial and ridership reports. February Fix Route Ridership stood at 62,192, up by 10,000 as compared to 2023, but down by 20,000 from 2020 just prior to the pandemic and down by 13,000 from 2019.
