Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 03/20/2024 – Will Vote On Development Agreement To Renovate 222 Building And Turn It Into US Venture’s Corporate Headquarters

The Community and Economic Development Committee is holding a special meeting on 03/20/2024 at 6PM prior to the Common Council meeting at 7PM.

They will be voting on a request to approve a development incentive agreement between the City of Appleton and US Ventures to renovate the building at 222 W College Avenue (the 222 Building).

The developer is requesting Pay-As-You-Go TIF support. They expect the total tax increment that will be created by the improvements to be $16,389,500 and TIF District 11 will contribute 12.89% of that, for a total estimated contribution of $2,108,906.
