Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 03/13/2024 – May Go Into Closed Session To Discuss Use Of Public Funds For U.S. Venture Project

The Community and Economic Development Committee is meeting 03/13/2024 at 4:30PM.

They will be voting on a request for the City of Appleton to maintain the current selling prices for its business and industrial park land.

They will also be voting on a request to approve a development incentive agreement for the redevelopment of the property at 222 W. College Avenue.

Finally, the committee may go into closed session in order to deliberate or negotiate the investing of public funds in the U.S. Venture development project.
