They have one action item on their agenda which is a request to award the 2024 Southpoint Commerce Park Sewer & Water, Grade & Gravel contract to Carl Bowers and Sons for a total, including contingency, not to exceed $2,366,282.52.
The committee will also be receiving two information items updating them on change orders related to wastewater treatment plant projects.
