A few days ago, I noted that due to the Thanksgiving holiday and the fact that there was a 5th Wednesday in November, it was going to be a quiet couple of weeks in terms of committee and Council meetings. Since then, an additional meeting has been added to the calendar.
The Appleron Redevelopment Authority is holding a special meeting on 11/29/2023 at 11AM.
They will be voting on a Resolution Authorizing a Remarketing Circular and Replacement Bonds Relating to the Authority’s Adjustable Rate Demand Redevelopment Revenue Bonds, Series 2001B (Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Project). This request is related to the fact that the PAC is replacing Associated Bank with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as the provider of the letter of credit securing payment of the Bonds.
Additionally, as an information item, they Redevelopment Authority will be accepting the resignation of Amanda Stuck. She has moved to Sister Bay and is no longer eligible to serve on the Redevelopment Authority.
