City Plan Commission Meeting 10/25/2023 – Will Vote On Special Use Permit Allowing Antojitos To Expand Its Service Area

The City Plan Commission is meeting 10/25/2023 at 3:30PM.

They have one action item on the agenda and one related public hearing. Antojitos on College Avenue is applying for a special use permit to expand their existing restaurant and outdoor sidewalk café with alcohol sales and consumption. They are expanding their business into the neighboring building and not quite doubling the size of their existing space. This necessitates an additional special use permit which city staff is recommending be approved.
