The Parks and Recreation Committee is meeting 07/24/2023 at 6:15PM. [My understanding is that if the Finance Committee, which meets at 5:30PM, needs a full hour to complete its business, then the Parks and Recreation Committee will meet upon its conclusion even though that will push the start time to 6:30PM]
They have one action item on the agenda which is to vote on Resolution 8-R-23 which, if passed, would dedicate land in Southpoint Commerce Park for parkland, trailhead, and trail and name Lot 13 of Plat 4 in Southpoint Commerce Park the Appleton Conservancy.
The committee will also be receiving as an information item the 2023 Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Management Mid-year Report.
