Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 07/12/2023 – Will Vote On Timing Critical Southpoint Commerce Park Requests, Receive Economic Development Update

The Community and Economic Development Committee is meeting 07/12/2023 at 6:30PM.

They have two action items related to the purchase of parcels in Southpoint Commerce Park. Both of these items are of critical timing and the committee may go into closed session in order to discuss real estate negotiations.

The committee will also be receiving two information items.

The first is an economic development update from the Fox Cities Regional Partnership and Chamber of Commerce. They will also be receiving information about the proposed table of organization changes to the Health Department and the Community and Economic Development Department.
