Appleton Redevelopment Authority Committee Meeting 09/08/2021 – Will Receive Updates On Library Project And College Avenue North Neighborhood Plan

The Appleton Redevelopment Authority Committee is meeting 09/08/2021 at 9:00AM. The two action items on the agenda are the basic business of electing a chair and a vice chair.

Information items include

• An update on the College Avenue North Neighborhood Plan. The city awarded a consulting contract to RDG to “identify and respond to current conditions and issues, provide an analysis, redevelopment alternatives, implementation plans and strategies to deliberately share and stimulate design and development north of College Avenue.” A steering committee regarding this will hold their first meeting on 09/13/2021.

• An update on activities at 222 N. Oneida Street which seems to be that there has been no update since October 3, 2019.
