Brian Dimmer, a (former) teacher at Wilson Middle School and coach at Appleton West has been charged with 4 felonies after engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior with a middle school student that included exposing his penis to her and asking her for nude photos.
To quote from the WBAY article: “Dimmer struck up a conversation with the girl while students were taking classes remotely due to the pandemic.”
I wonder what sort of safeguarding measures AASD will be implementing in order to make this sort of inappropriate activity more difficult for teachers to perpetrate in the future?
