Finance Committee Meeting 12/04/2024 – Will Vote On Ballard Road Water Main Reconstruction Project And Wastewater Treatment Plant Painting And Crack Sealing Project

The Finance Committee is holding a special meeting 12/04/2024 at 6:30 prior to the Common Council meeting at 7PM.

They will be voting on two action items.

The first is a request to award a water main reconstruction project for Ballard Road near 41 to Advance Construction, Inc for a total, including contingency, of $396,302.

The second is to award the Wastewater Treatment Plant painting and crack sealing project contract to Masonry Restoration, Inc for a total, including contingency, of $118,720.

There are also four information items, two of which pertain to completed projects and two of which are changed orders for ongoing projects.
