Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 11/09/2022 – Will Vote On Community Development Block Grant Allocations For 2023

The Community And Economic Development Committee is meeting 11/09/2022 at 4:30PM.

There is one item on the agenda which is a request to approve the Preliminary 2023-2024 Community Development Block Grant Funding Allocation Recommendations.

The city had $589,453 to allocate, $460,624 of which was available to go to community partners with the rest going to city programs, the Appleton Housing Authority, and administrative costs. The largest chunk of money ($222,000) has been allocated to the Fox Cities Habitat For Humanity and the second largest chunk ($130,207) goes to Rebuilding Together Fox Valley.
