The Utilities Committee is meeting 08/09/2022 at 4:30PM.
As per usual, the Utilities Committee agenda is chock full of exciting and interesting action items including adopting the city’s Stormwater Quality Management Plan, approving updates to the Municipal Code regarding plumbing, and awarding several contracts.
As exciting as all those things are, I suspect that the most interesting item on the agenda is the one information item which is the DHS Covid report regarding Covid levels in Appleton’s wastewater. Of note, Appleton’s official cases per day of Covid are markedly below the wastewater sample levels which appear to be up at levels previously seen in October and November.
