The Utilities Committee is meeting 06/10/2025 at 4:30PM.
They have one action item on the agenda. It consists of two parts, one a request to approve the Electronic Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for 2024, and the second a request to present an associated resolution to the Common Council for approval. This is an annual compliance action that needs to take place.
As information items, they will be reviewing the Water Main Break reports for February, March, and April and reviewing the pending Letter of Intent with a renewable natural gas company which is interested in purchasing the biogas generated at the Appleton Wastewater Treatment Plant for use in its renewable natural gas production facility.
