City Plan Commission Meeting 05/08/2024 – Will Vote On Two Items Related To Additions To Emerald Valley Subdivision

The City Plan Commission is meeting 05/08/2024 at 3:30PM.

They have two action items on the agenda and one related public hearing, all of which are related to the Emerald Valley subdivision.

The public hearing and one of the requests pertain to the rezoning of an area by Providence Avenue and Aquamarine Avenue from AG Agricultural District to R-1b Single-Family District.

The second item is a request to approve the preliminary plat for the 8^th, 9^th, and 10^th additions to the Emerald Valley subdivision and will result in 56 new residential lots and 4 out lots to the subdivision.

Staff is recommending approval of both items.
