The City Plan Commission is meeting 04/24/2024 at 3:30PM.
Outside of electing a vice chair, setting the meeting date and time, and designating a contact person, they have two action items on the agenda.
The first, which has an associated public hearing, is a request to approve a special use permit to establish a tavern inside a storage garage located at 1201 N Badger Avenue which is located on the Mobil Gas Station property at the corner of Badger Avenue and Sharon Street.
City staff is recommending approval of the permit.
The second item is a question to approve the dedication of an area in Southpoint Commerce Park near Plank Road and Quest Drive for a public trail.
