The Board of Health is meeting 03/13/2024 at 7AM.
They have two action items on the agenda.
The first is a request to revise the categories for pool licenses and alter the fee structure.
The second is a request to amend the Rodent Control article of the city’s rat control regulations. City staff believes the changes “will significantly contribute to a more effective and sustainable rat control strategy within our city.”
Finally, the board will be receiving several information items including a presentation on mental health, and an update on the respiratory virus surveillance and waste water report for the week ending 02/24/2024. [As an aside, I am so sick of this winter/spring season. At least one person in my house has been sick at some point for the last 4 weeks, and I am incredibly ready for it to be done.]
