The Parks and Recreation Committee is meeting 02/12/2024 at 6:15PM. They have a pretty full agenda.
They will be voting on a request to award a contract for Phase II design and construction management services for Lutz Park shoreline redevelopment and trail for $88,400 plus a $5,000 contigency.
They will be voting on a request to award a contract to design, supply, and install new playground equipment at Green Meadows Playground for $85,000.
They will also be voting on updates to three recreation-related policies—the Aquatic Program Fees and Charges Policy, the Recreation Program Fee Waiver Policy, and the Pool Rental, Reservation, and General Use Policy.
Additionally, as information items, the committee will be receiving the 2023 annual reports for Ground, Recreation, and Reid Golf Course.
