The City Plan Commission is meeting 08/23/2023 at 3:30PM.
They have two action items on the agenda.
The first is a request to approve the annexation of Prospera Credit Union on Ballard Road from the Town of Grand Chute to Appleton. The property owner also owns two of the adjacent parcels which are already located in Appleton. Prospera is requesting the annexation in order to facilitate the future development of all three parcels.
The second item is a request to approve Certified Survey Map #10-23 for a section of Southpoint Commerce Park to re-configure/combine five existing parcels into two parcels. [This is the same area that was recently sold to F Street Development.]
Finally, as an information item, the Plan Commission will be reviewing proposed text amendments to Chapter 23 Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code.
