The Human Resources and Information Technology Committee is meeting 07/12/2023 at 4:30PM.
They have one action item on the agenda which is the changes to the Table of Organization for the Health and Community and Economic Development Departments. This item is also coming before the Board of Health earlier in the day.
The city would like to create a new Community Health Supervisor position in the Health Department and also move the Coordinated Entry Specialist out of the Community and Economic Development Department and into the Health Department.
Per the memo, these changes will help the Health Department better adhere to Wisconsin Department of Health Services statute 140 compliance, increase the department’s capacity to perform activities related to community health, and integrate the Coordinated Entry position into a health framework rather than an economic development framework.
They’ll also be receiving a recruitment status update.
