Lawrence University is holding a community conversation on 06/01/2023 at 5:30PM on campus to discuss the future of the university owned house at 128 N Union Street.
The house has been deemed a fire and safety hazard by the City of Appleton, and Lawrence plans to take it down sometime this summer.
While I can’t speak to the inside of the building, the outside had certainly seen better days. There were numerous holes and cracks in the siding and some birds had actually built their nests inside the wall of the house.
