This week both has a holiday in it and also is the fifth week of the month which means no regularly scheduled committee or Council meetings are scheduled. There is, however, one meeting slated to take place.
The Library Board Finance Committee will be meeting 05/31/2023 at 8:30 AM. They will be meeting at the staff meeting room at the temporary library on Kensington Drive, so I would not expect a recording of the meeting to be available.
The committee has no action items, but it does have several information items. They will receive an overview of the Library and the City’s financial polices, they will receive the April financial reports for the library, and they will go through a primer regarding the budget process.
