City Plan Commission Meeting 03/22/2023 – Will Vote On Special Use Permit For Car Sales Lot, Annexation Of Property In Town Of Center

The City Plan Commission is meeting 03/22/2023 at 3:30PM. They have two action items on their agenda.

The first is a request to approve a special use permit to allow the Classic Mechanics auto maintenance shop on Northland Avenue to also operate as an automobile sales and display lot. Staff is recommending that the special use permit be approved.

The second item is a request to approve the annexation to Appleton of a Town of Center property located near the corner of Ballard and Werner Road.
