City Plan Commission Meeting 10/12/2022 – Will Vote On Special Use Permit For Restaurant Taking Over Paradise Island Location

The City Plan Commission is meeting 10/12/2022 at 3:30PM.

There is no video streaming or recording this week, but, judging by the agenda, there aren’t any major items during this meeting.

The committee will be voting on a request for a special use permit for a restaurant with alcohol sales and service at 2821 N Ballard Road which is the former location of the Paradise Island ice cream store.

They’ll also be voting on a request to approve the Trail View Estates South 3 Final Plat.
