Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 01/12/2022 – Will Vote On Development Agreement For Former Blue Ramp Site

The Community And Economic Development Committee is meeting 01/12/2022 at 4:30PM.

The one action item on the agenda is a request to approve a Development agreement with Merge, LLC for a mixed-use development on the southeast corner of W. Washington Street and N. Appleton Street.

The city already has a development agreement in place with Merge, LLC for a similar project directly across Oneida Street from this location at the site of the old Conway Hotel. This agreement would be phase 2 of that project.

The committee will also receive updates on the Annual Housing Affordability Report and the Annual Housing Fee Report.
