Appleton’s current 7-day running average of confirmed cases is 41.86 as compared to 24.57 on this day last year. Our current 7-day running average of confirmed and probable cases combined is 63.86 as compared to 33.86 on this day last year. Appleton currently has 245 active cases as compared to 585 on this day last year. Last year between March 18 (the day of Appleton’s first recorded case) and December 29, Appleton recorded 52 deaths with/from coronavirus as compared to only 14 such deaths during that same timeframe this year.
