Community And Economic Development Committee Meeting 09/22/2021 – Will Vote On Request To Waive The City’s Repurchase Rights For Northeast Business Park Property

The Community and Economic Development Committee is meeting 09/22/2021 at 4:30PM.

They have one item on the agenda which is a request for the city to waive its repurchase rights for a lot in the Northeast Business Park so that the ownership can transfer from the current owner to a new owner. The city would still have repurchase right on this property in the future.

It seems pretty straight forward and staff is recommending that the request to waive the repurchase rights be approved, so I wouldn’t expect it to be a long meeting.
