The CEA Review Committee is scheduled to meet 04/12/2021 at 3:30 PM.
I have to admit, it looks really boring. The agenda packet is full of memos explaining why such-and-such piece of equipment should be upgraded or removed or replaced.
One item of note is that the city has for the last 10 years hired Lake Shore Cleaners to clear snow from the city owned parking ramps. Lake Shore Cleaners no longer wants to provide that service and other contractors have not been interested in providing those services either. As a result, Director Paula Vandehey is requesting the city purchase a Toolcat Utility Vehicle at the cost of $75,000 so the city is able to clear the snow off the parking ramps itself.
