It looks like Karen Nelson, Appleton’s current Diversity and Inclusion officer stepped down and is moving on to “a new position as Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) with Rogers Behavioral Health based in Oconomowoc, WI.” Her last day was 01/18/2021.
Per the article on the city website, “Mayor Woodford plans to gather input from community partners who represent various, diverse groups in Appleton and, as always, welcomes input from the public on this process. “
