On 12/27/2020. Appleton reported 8 new confirmed coronavirus cases and 7 new probable cases. Active cases rose by 14. Cases out of isolation remained the same as yesterday. At 607, our active cases are the highest they’ve been since 11/30.
There was one new death.
Overall the weekly total of cases was 208 including both confirmed and probable and only 170 if you count only confirmed cases. Either of those counts are the lowest weekly totals since 09/13/2020 which had only 159 total cases.
Appleton’s burden is 591 is you calculate it using both confirmed and probable cases and 467 if you calculate it using only confirmed cases.
