City Plan Commission Meeting 02/09/2022 – Will Vote On Future Land Use Map Change And Rezoning Request To Facilitate Expansion Of Existing Bar

The City Plan Commission is meeting 02/09/2022 at 3:30PM. They have two action items on the agenda.

The first is a request to approve an amendment to the Future Land Use Map to change a parcel on North Division Street from One and Two-Family Residential land use to a Mixed Use land designation.

The second action item is a request to rezone a parcel on North Division Street and a parcel on West Wisconsin Avenue to C-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use Districts.

It looks like both of these items are intended to allow for the expansion of the Maritime Bar.
