Appleton is holding the Houdini Welcome Tower Photo Contest. The theme is “Images of Hope”. The Appleton Public Arts Committee will select 12 photographs to be displayed in the Houdini Plaza welcome tower for a minimum of 6 months. Winners will receive $100 each from the City of Appleton as well as a $25 downtown Appleton gift card from Appleton Downtown Inc.
