The City Plan Commission is meeting 06/23/2021 at 3:30PM.
They will be voting on several different rezoning requests as well as a request to allow alcohol sales and consumption (inside the building and outdoors on the premises) located at 141 South RiverHeath Way.
The documents in the agenda packet are a little dry, but Alderperson Chad Doran (District 15) on his website, touches a little on a couple of the proposed zoning changes. He notes that that the rezoning request regarding the Coolidge Ct. lot off Telulah Ave is in response to a developer’s proposal.
