The City Plan Commission is meeting 05/12/2021 at 3:30 PM.
Outside of some committee organizational items, it looks like the agenda is taken up with the U.S. Venture project just south of the downtown YMCA. U.S. Venture owns all the property between Morrison Street, Lawrence Street, Durkee Street, and Water Street (which is down below the bluff). The parcels are currently a mish-mash of Single-Family, Multi-Family, and Public Institutional zoned properties. U.S. Venture is asking for them to all be rezoned as Central Business District. City staff is recommending approval of the rezoning.
