Appleton had 59 new coronavirus cases reported 11/03/2020.
Active cases dropped by 69. They had been bouncing back and forth from between 690 and 725, but they dropped to 623 yesterday.
Cases out of isolation increased by a massive 128. It took only 2 weeks for cases out of isolation to rise by over 1,000.
No new deaths were reported.
