The Appleton mayor with the courage and moral insight to issue a proclamation declaring twice yearly time changes to be utter abominations will have my eternal gratitude.
Until then, we have a proclamation from Mayor Woodford declaring March to be Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and urging Appleton residents to “take this special opportunity to become more aware of the importance of early detection and screening.”
