The Finance Committee is meeting 07/21/2025 at 5:30PM.
They will be voting on requests to authorize the issuing of $33.4 million in promissory notes and bonds. Brad Viegut from Baird will be giving a presentation on this matter.
They have one additional action item which is a request to award the Community and Economic Development department renovation contract to RJM Construction for a total, including contingency, not to exceed $911,350.
As information items, they will be reviewing a number of contract change orders and receiving the Finance Department’s 2025 Mid-Year Report.
