Community Development Committee Meeting 06/25/2025 – Will Vote On Removal Of Deed Restrictions For Land In Northeast Business Park, Receive Report On Fox Cities Tourism/Visitor Spending Data

The action item is a request to approve the release of the Northeast Business Park Plat No. 3 Deed Restrictions and Covenants for two parcels along Northland Avenue near Hwy 441. This is associated with the development plans for the land in question. The area already has 20,000 square foot light industrial building and the owner wants to build a 77,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial style building on the east side of the land. The planned development would be prohibited by the Deed Restrictions associated with the Northeast Business Park, so city staff is asking that the Deed Restrictions be removed from the land in question.
