The City Plan Commission is meeting 06/25/2025 at 3:30PM. They have three action items and two public hearings all related to land along Northland Avenue near Hwy 441 some of which was recently annexed into the City of Appleton from Grand Chute.
The owner of the property wants to rezone the land from Agricultural and Industrial to C-2 General Commercial District. The area already has 20,000 square foot light industrial building and the owner wants to build a 77,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial style building on the east side of the land.
As part of the rezoning request, the city’s Future Land Use Map will also need to be updated.

Finally, the owner is requesting approval of Certified Survey Map #9-25 that divides the property into 3 lots and 1 outlot for stormwater retention.
