The Municipal Services Committee is meeting 04/21/2025 at 4:30PM.
They have a couple housekeeping items on the agenda related to the start of the new Council year. Beyond those, they have three action items on the agenda.
The first is a request to approve a long-term temporary occupancy permit so that a resident who is rebuilding their garage can place a storage container on the road in a parking area during the project.
The second is a long-term temporary occupancy permit from Blue Sky Contractors to place a dumpster on College Avenue during the month of April in front of 318 W College Avenue.
The third item is a contract amendment associated with bridge inspection services increasing the total contract amount by $1,139.77.
