The Utilities Committee is meeting 02/25/2025 at 4:30PM.
They have one action item on their agenda which is a request to award a sole source contract with NES Ecological Services for $181,899.05 to provide native landscape management. An initial contract with NES was awarded in 2022 and part of that contract allowed for the award of future sole source contracts through 2026 contingent on satisfactory performance by NES.
They will also be reviewing the water main break report for the month of January. The city identified 9 leaks in January 2025 which is close to the 7 they identified in January of 2024.
