The Appleton Redevelopment Authority is meeting 02/12/2025 at 9AM.
They have one action item on the agenda which is a fairly perfunctory request to approve reappointments to the ARA Exhibition Center Advisory Committee.
The main items of interest during the meeting are the two information items.
The first is an update from Baird on the bonds for the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
The second item is an update on the parcel at 222 N Oneida Street which is the parcel just north of the Transit Center on which Valley Transit plans to build the new, expanded Transit Center. The agenda packet does not include any information about what this update will be.
