The Finance Committee is meeting 10/07/2024 at 5:30PM.
They have a number of action items on their agenda, none of which look particularly controversial.
One item is a request to award a $228,000 contract for the Water Treatment Plant’s carbon dioxide system rehabilitation project.
Three items are related to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
One item is a request to approve a budget amendment for the Police Department.
One is a request to amend the city/state financial agreement pertaining to the 41/Ballard Road interchange project. The change will result in Appleton’s project costs decreasing by around $4,000.
There is also a request to approve Phase 3 of the Green Ramp Barrier Panel Emergency Repair. Staff would like to approve a single-source contract with Restoration Systems, Inc in the amount of $73,700 to complete Phase 3. Restoration Systems, Inc is the same company that has handled Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Finally, as information items, the committee will be receiving updates on three completed projects.
